Festival-goers in quiet meditation in the warm evening light at Nøsen

2026 theme

Transformation & Change

Transformasjon og forvandling

This is not just a festival. It is a celebration, a community, and an invitation to slow, genuine, and honest change, both within ourselves and in the way we meet the world.

What really happens when we practice yoga over time? What is the actual transformation in the body, in the nervous system, in our emotional life, and in the way we see ourselves?

This year's theme goes straight to the heart of what yoga promises: an inner journey where old patterns loosen their grip, moments of clarity arise, and a new, freer relationship with life begins to grow.

  • ·How do chanting, japa and mantra change the brain and mind over time?
